Terms and Conditions

Frye Consulting doing business as Frye Consulting Group (Henceforth referred as “FCG”) and Engagement Finder (Henceforth referred as “EF”) terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the client by character of a request for webinars, coaching calls, events, facilitated sessions, products or services listed under services tab on FCG site, and About Dr. Christina Frye tab on the EF site, and interviews (in person or by telephone) of an applicant from businesses that partner in support of FCG. All ‘Terms and Conditions’ listed on business partner websites regarding recruitment and/or hiring is upheld when representing FCG in the hiring and/or recruitment of staff for FCG or EF and any FCG or EF client. No variation to these terms and conditions, amendments or changes will be valid unless approved by FCG Founder & President, Dr. Christina Frye.

Either the partner or FCG Founder & President may terminate this agreement by giving notice in writing. If the client terminates the agreement without written notice to FCG of any lines of business listed above and of those listed on the services tab of FCG’s website or the About Dr. Christina Frye tab of EF’s website, the Client and/or partner will be liable for any acquired fees.

Fees

All standard fees are listed on FCG’s price list and on the EF site. All fees associated with hiring and recruitment efforts on behalf of FCG or EF by business partners are listed under their website ‘Terms and Conditions.’

Confidentiality

All information regarding Candidates or Clients, whether written or verbal, is supplied in confidence and is not to be disclosed to any other party without the express written consent.

All information will be subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993, and its variations as determined.

Privacy Policy

We at FCG and EF respect and understand every visitor’s concerns about privacy. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information is handled in a secured and responsible manner. Any information we collect during your visit of this Website is secured and will not be shared with any other party or used for any marketing activity. Your use of, and/or access to this Website constitutes your agreement to our Privacy Policy. We have the right to amend the Privacy Policy at any time.
