My small change was simple: I started asking better questions instead of assuming I already knew the answers.

For a long time, I focused on solving problems as quickly as possible. If something wasn’t working, my instinct was to jump straight into fixing it. Over time, I realized that many of the biggest breakthroughs came from slowing down and asking questions first.

Instead of asking, “How do I fix this?” I started asking:

    • Why is this happening?
    • What am I missing?
    • What does success actually look like?
    • How might someone else see this differently?

Sometimes the most meaningful change isn’t doing more—it’s approaching the same situation with a different mindset.

This is a great topic because often times people think that small changes don’t matter as much as big changes and that can’t be further from the truth. It’s the small and simple things that matter most, it’s been proven that if you can master them there’s nothing that you can’t accomplish especially if there’s consistency which supports the framework of discipline and character building. I’m looking forward to seeing more replies to this topic and I may have more to contribute myself! 🙂
